Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring accurate entry into the system.
- Address any issues or concerns related to packaging orders and resolve them efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Provide customers with product information and recommendations related to packaging solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and orders in the CRM system.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure excellent customer service during night shift operations.
Requirements
- Experience in the packaging industry is required.
- Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
